Fitness STL   and    Fitness Zone

I am an active middle aged mother of one, wife, full time real esate agent, personal trainer and fitness competitor.  Making time to exercise and take care of "me" is vital in taking care of my family.  Without good emotional and physical health, I am like an old car that is out of gas. 

I have competed in the NPC Northern Kentucky Classic 2003 and 2005; Nova Galaxy 2003; Flying Pig Marathon in 2006 and 2007 as well as the USAF Marathon in 2006.

I work hard, train hard....and play harder.

Making fitness and eating clean a priority is the best investment you can make for you and your family.

My Philosphy for health and wellness

• Assess current lifestyle and determine healthey changes
• Identify the stressors in your life that lead to obesity and illness
• Identify goals towards a healthier lifestyle
• Identify strengths and capitalize on them
• Make it a family affair (get the whole family involved)
• Log daily caloric and fat intake to stay on track
• Stay motivated
